When does breeding take place in NY?

any idea when the actual breeding will take place in NY. I've heard that once you figure that out it should happen on or around the same date each year and the intensity of the rut will more of less be weather dependant. just trying to figure out whats going on in my area. still seeing doe with fawns wondering if they've already been breed or not yet.

this is for Northern NY Saratoga County, foot of the Adirondacks.

I would guess right now. Bucks were just starting to cruise late last week looking for does. They should be chasing now and breeding.

They ain't brewed enough beer, distilled enough whiskey, or fermented enough grapes for all that either!
