Default What do you use as your Hunting Weather Source?

Hi I am curious to know how you obtain the weather before you go out hunting. is it radio, tv, internet, newspaper and which one do you feel give the most accurate info? Do you use weather.com, accuweather.com or some other site? On your computer or mobile device?

I check the weather forcast in the local news paper, on the news and sometimes on line ..
Yesterday it rained , and drizzled all day ,, deer were on the move all day. I never seen them like that before in all the years I,ve hunted .Except when we get a steady light snow fall.
I,m in Northern NY

walk down on the dock, if the wind is across the lake from the west its going to be fine, east its rain coming, big waves mean lotsa wind, flat calm means low pressure nothing moving.

also use the weather rock.

never fails.

rock wet, its raining
rock white, snowing
cant see rock, its foggy
rock hot, its sunny

Here's a great site for checking weather...

http://weather2hunt.com/

You have to register, but it's okay and you don't get spam or unwanted emails and stuff. Type in your zip code and it gets all setup for your area.

Other than that, I have used www.weather.com and sites like that. For forecasting sites, I found a link from Field and Stream that shows the best days/times to hunt. http://www.fieldandstream.com/weather_hunt Type in your zip code and whether or not you want Deer, Upland birds, or Fishing.

I just check the local forecast on the weather channel the day before or before I go out in the morning.
