Wild hogs .. Boars in Western Maryland
 

Has anyone ever seen some wild hogs/boars in garrett county, MD? I thought i seen one right before day break today. I have noticed that the ground is tore up more than usual this year, but i'v also noticed an abundance of squirrels this year, figured that was them. Any comments?

not sure i heard there on the boarder of ny dk if its true

I know 2 were killed in Morgan County, up in Sleepy Creek WMA, but I've never seen any myself.

i have live in garrett county all my life and i never seen one.. would like too

man, one time me and a buddy were bass fishing from the banks on the backside of broadford, really thick and swampy back there, and we heard some thrashing around and snorting.. didn't get a visual but i could have sworn it was a pig.. i've heard when pigs escape captivity something happens to them... someone told me they even start to grow tusks.. i guess that's what they are called.
