No really congrates on a super bow buck...you know I'm jealous!
Thanks man, no I still got a bear tag, and duck season opens back up in couple weeks Im starting school next week so Im not gonna have much time to hunt anyway, so this is actually a relief, that I got my buck early, and I love killing a deer on saturday, cause I have all of sunday to butcher it

Just for the hell of it you should drop off a couple of packages to the boy's over at OCC. I meet Paul Sr. a couple of summers back and he's nuts about venison but hasn't had the time to go out and get his own...he's a busy guy if you don't already know. Told me he misses hunting like nobody's business but with everything going on with show and the shop, hunting for him has been out of the question...sad to say! You'd put a BIG on a old mans face and make a cool friend at the same time...don't worry he won't bite!

I wish I could do it but I just don't live close enough to pull it off.

Thanks again guys.

Just to give an update, I weighed and butchered the buck, he weighed just over 140lbs field dressed, got 50lbs of deboned meat, he was 18"wide and I rough scored him, at 116" if I did it right, I figured he was only about 100". MY taxidermist said he thinks its only a 2.5 y/o though since the teeth were still so sharp. He gave me a jaw bone so Ill boil it out and compare it online. Good luck again to everyone
