Thanks Joe!

I would like to add, hunting with you was a real pleasure...For any members here that are looking for a reasonably priced hunt, Joe and his group have some great options!

(Below is the buck my girlfriend took while we were hunting with Joe in 2007.)

That is 1 awesome buck Congrats.I'm not a fan of Mike Hanback. He once stated on his show that he dos'nt support sunday hunting in Va.He then said people in Va dont want sunday hunting which is not true I hav'nt spoken to a single hunter in Va that dos'nt want to hunt on sunday.Unlike Mr Hanback most people in Va have to work a job 6 days a week and cant afford to go on hunts all around the country. While Mr Hanback is entitled to his thoughts he does not speak for me or any of the hunters I know.

#1 Everyone is entitled to their opinions. Mike grew up in a culture where no Sunday was the norm. For him to support that norm is hardly unusual.

#2 If you have not spoken to "a single hunter in Va that doesn't want to Sunday hunting", then very simply you have not spoken to many VA hunters. The fact is there are still a great deal of hunters opposed to it, Mike having been a perfect example!

#3...Most importantly, if you were really knowledgable about Mike's stance on Sunday hunting, and not just talking your position...you would know that while he still harbors personal reservations on Sunday hunting in VA, publicly he supports its implementation based primarily on his belief that Sunday hunting "gives busy parents a much-needed extra day to take their kids hunting. One day a week for kids to hunt is not enough; 4 or 5 Saturdays a year are not enough days for kids to hit the woods, learn, have fun, shoot a few deer, get blood on their hands, and become lifelong hunters."
