Found this rub in an undisclosed location of 3B, Penna. Trail camera is out now. Hoping he still has antlers.

By the looks of this, I would say it's not all bad news in PA.

I hate to disappoint you, but that's a 5 points rub, a very small buck, probably keeping the large bucks away. Why don't you disclose your location and let a few of us try to run him off for you?

I found this rub in 2008 in WMU 2A.

Got this buck the same year about 350yds from the rub's location. Not sure if he was the culprit. Was told there was a bigger buck in the same area.

I'm with livbucks, too dangerous to go in that area either way. Stay out of the area, let us put some trailcams up, we'll identify the problem buck(s) and then get back to you.

Year before last, I found a pole on a power line that was being rubbed! One of the large diameter ones too. It is one of the newer smoother type and you can see the rubbing as well as tine marks very easily.
