You are all living in fantasy land. Tornadoes effect such a small percentage of our forested habitat that they are totally insignificant to the discussion of deer management in PA.

I did not say that the tornadoes did not have a positive effect on the forests they effected. what I said was they effected an insignificant percentage of our total forested habitat.

Please post the percentage of acreage that was affected and why it did not directly influence the WMU & explain why the effects were in consequential or admit you are not prepared to debate the influence this phenomenon had on the habitat we are discussing today.:poke:

No one specified that the effects of the tornado should be assessed on the percentage of a particular WMU effected. I was referring to the effect on the overall ,statewide DMP , which makes the effects of the tornado totally irrelevant.

Given the context of this thread which was Jims suggestion that opening up canopy helps the deer herd made a discussion of the effects of Tornadoes very relevant. Only an irrelevant single minded, self proclaimed expert claiming to know more than the likes of Kroll, Samuel, Rosenberry etc etc would find discussing tornadoe zones irrelevant in the theme and context of this thread.
