Long Island Game Butchers?
 

Hey Folks,
Thinking positively, should I fill my tag this year, I would like to have the deer butchered closer to home (on Long Island) rather than make the trip back upstate to pick-up the meat. I know many here butcher their own deer, but I am not equipped or knowledgable enough to do so. If anyone knows of a game butcher(s) on Long Island it would be appreciated.
In the past, I used a guy in West Islip. He was a local deli near the Atlantic Auto Mall on Sunrise Hwy. He did butchering in the back. I don't know if he is still around.

There are quite a few.Fish and wildlife unlimited Sunrise Hwy Oakdale/Smithpoint Archery mainst Patchogue/Eastern Taxidermy Portion Road/Archery Forum middle country rd Middle Island.Plus quite a few local butcher shops do it.That should help.
