Long bows,Recurves,Compounds and Flintlocks. Are the only weapons I own. Love to shoot and hunt with all four choices.

How come Puruvian death frog blow dart gun is NOT an option??????...this poll is a lil biased I'd say

Buck Hunter 1 09-21-2009 04:49 AM

I went with the flinlock. I have pretty much quit shooting my CF rifles since i found or started ML. Inline and flinty are one shot chances. I changed the way I hunt.

Bernie P. 09-21-2009 06:40 AM

My favorite has always been the longbow. That said the last few years I hunted mostly with my 7x57 only and this year I'll be hunting with a compound,ML, and my new .280.

DennyF 09-23-2009 02:14 PM

None of the above, although I've hunted deer with a compound, flintlock, modern rifle, shotgun and handgun.

My favorites are old rifles with iron sights, mostly lever actions. They're the only firearms I use, if I'm hunting doe in firearms season.

Denny, I think an iron sited, lever action rifle would fit the definition of a modern centerfire rifle.

I thought there would be more modern rifle votes since most hunters in pa. uses them.:(

I didnt see a spot marked for . I enjoy all hunts no matter the weapon of choice

Cornelius08 09-24-2009 02:20 PM

If you did, then you'd be in trouble. Because there isnt one there.

Phil from Maine 09-24-2009 04:56 PM

I enjoy hunting with my compound bow the most. However in some situations I would preffer a rifle or a shotgun.

nybowhunter 09-27-2009 03:58 AM

I never tried traditional bows. I started with compound, release and carbon arrows and have not changed...yet!

Shed94 09-27-2009 11:11 AM
