I agree with bluebird2 wait for a couple years with your neighbor and surrounding property's protecting deer it will get out of control.that is the problem with people with that type of thinking.they have no idea on how mother nature works in todays world.you can only hope your neighbors wife has alot of scrubs and plants because the deer in a couple years will eat everything they can find.maybe then your neighbors will be knocking on your door.but I still feel for you now maybe another door will open for you. good luck this year.
