Rendell Back At His Anti-Gun Agenda

Leave it to shady Ed to exploit the deaths of three Police officers to further his misguided cause.

Let's continue to blame law abiding citizens by disarming them and boosting the victim stats. On a positive note, Ted Nugent made a phone appearance ona Harrisburg radio show this morning and itwas refreshing to hear a voice of common sense delive a message to the masses. here are some points he outlined:

- Right to life, liberty, etc. are God given and inalienable rights.
- The right to protect those freedoms are YOURS and not needful to be outsourced to public services.
- Statistics prove solidly that disarmament raises crime whille arming law abiding citizens lowers it
substantially, esp. personal assault.
- Any government that would disarm its law abiding citizens, given that knowledge is INSANE!
- The second amendment is easily interpreted: Keep- means mine and you cannot take it fromme.Bear- means on my hip right now. Not Infringed means don't tread on me!

1. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

2. A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone.

3. Colt: The original point and click interface.

4. Gun control is not about guns; it's about control.

5. If guns are outlawed, can we use swords?

6. If guns cause crime, then pencils cause misspelled words.

7. Free men do not ask permission to bear arms.

8. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

9. Those who trade liberty for security have neither.

10. The United States Constitution (c)1791. All Rights Reserved.

11. What part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand?

12. The Second Amendment is in place in case the politicians ignore the others.

13. 64,999,987 firearms owners killed no one yesterday.

14. Guns only have two enemies; rust and politicians.

15. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.

16. You don't shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive.

17. 911: Government sponsored Dial-a-Prayer.

18. Assault is a behavior, not a device.

19. Criminals love gun control; it makes their jobs safer.

20. If guns cause crime, then matches cause arson.

21. Only a government that is afraid of its citizens tries to control them.

22. You have only the rights you are willing to fight for.

23. Enforce the gun control laws we ALREADY have; don't make more.

24. When you remove the people's right to bear arms, you create slaves.

25. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control.

When he forcebly disarms the Phil and PGH (home of the champion Steelers) inner cities and shuts down the gangs and violence, then we can talk about how badly we need gun controil!!!!

Fast Eddie should lead by example. Start by disarming his personal security detail. I don't think so. He puts a higher value on his own life then he does the citizens of the state he serves.

Fast Eddie should lead by example. Start by disarming his personal security detail. I don't think so. He puts a higher value on his own life then he does the citizens of the state he serves.
That very scenario was exemplified several years ago when a talk show host (can't remember if it was Katie Couric or not) interviewed our All-American sweetheart Rosie O'Donnell about gun control. Rosie ranted on and on about how there is just no need in today's society for guns. The interviewer then asked her if she had personal bodyguards. Rosie answered "Yes". The interviewer then asked if the bodyguards were armed. A slow-to-answer of "Yes". Rosie was then totally berated by the interviewer and she got up and walked off.
We have to remember and consider that it has been a priority of most all Democratic politicians in recent years to promote the ideaology of gun control. Just take a look at what we are facing for the next four years in our Federal government and who is in charge now. But what "Fast Eddie" doesn't seem to realize is that the gun sales nationwide have exploded with the new Presidential regime. People are totally scared to death that gun bans of some sort are most certainly going to try to be implemented, and possibly controls on ammunition too. In my mind, it's most certainly political suicide to support bills containing gun control language in Pennsylvania. The public is more agitated now that it has ever been concerning this matter, and I hope sincerely that we ALL are e-mailing, writing and phoning our Legislators in this regard. If you haven't been doing this, you are part of the problem. Become part of the solution. Please.

Rendell is a product of the Philadelphia Democrat political machine. Precisely the same group of pinheads (withhelp froma few GOP dolts from that area),that are responsible for 99% of the anti-gun legislation that comes up each year in PA.

Why would anyone expect anything different from him? These people have no concept of what the Second Amendment is really about and never will. You elect Socialist Demonrats to run the state and the nation, you'll get Socialist Demonrat policies.

...........Kinda off-topic, but I've been told by people who know that he's going to pull the state funding for public broadcasting....PBS. Now that is just going waaaay too far. I was watching PBS the other evening, and a PBS representative made that announcement on the air. Talk about being pi$$ed!!!!
Rendell is just totally out of touch with reality. Where else can you go on TV to get away from the sexually explicit dress and vulgar language? And now this IDIOT wants to pull funding. Unbelieveable..........

If you didn't do it already, go the the governor's site and send him a nasty email. I just did. May the state police will show up at my door in a day or two.
;)But I spoke my mind.
