Well, it's on there. A tad too big still but we will manage.

ORIGINAL: bluebird2 Thanks for all the help, it is about what I would expect from you. But , maybe someone like Coalcracker will tell me if you can just drag a jpeg pic. from the desk top, or if you have to use photobucket or a similar site? |
RE: Nice Bucks , Part 2.
Thanks anyway, I I thought you had posted some pics before, but maybe it was one of the other guys. didn't either until Livbucks helped me out.

RE: Nice Bucks , Part 2.
Nice bucks indeed. Still not sure what your point was though.
I'm assuming that is a scan from a PA Game News. Whatever magazine it is Interesting that a 1969 issue includes a deer from 1948 just to complete a page. |
RE: Nice Bucks , Part 2.
Yes, the further from the 40's the smaller they got.
There were more book bucks from the 40's no doubt about it. |
RE: Nice Bucks , Part 2.
I have almost every Game News back to the early 60's at my camp. I'll have to leaf through them and look at what the representative bucks were back in the days of the "big herds"
Should be interesting and enlightening....... |
RE: Nice Bucks , Part 2.
When you posted that pickup load of bucks were they representative of the bucks during that period or were they the cream of the crop?
