In 2000,they sold about 131,000 resident stamps.I think in 2003,they sold 158,817.What year were inlines included in the early season?I thought it was 1999 or 2000.If my memory is correct,the first year or two of the early muzzleloader season was flintlock onlyso I don't remember specifically when the inlines were legal.
