Looking to hunt coyotes in syr area
#2

I hunted Highland Forest, down outside of Tully,a lot during shotgun season and there is an abundance there this year. I saw 2 and my brothers saw about 4 or 5 betwenn them. Tracks areall over. I saw a real nice blonde one and one of my bros saw a real big Blackish one. The forest is about a 40 minute drive for you.

Let me know if ya need more info. The area is quite big and I could give ya some ideas. There is always snow on the ground up there so some hiking and I am sure you can find em. Like I said tracks all over.
You go 81 to the Tully exit take a left and go through town. Go through the light at the diner. Take a right like two streets after that at the fire station. Follow that to the end and take a left and a quick right. You will go past the old RR building and over the RR tracks. This is West Hill Rd. I beleive. Follow it a few hundred yards and it takes a 90 degree turn left and starts going up the mountain. A mile or so up you will see the sign and entrance on yourright to the forest. There is a parking lot a bit down on the right after the ravine and next a gate on the right, keep going. The first lot on the left park at. Follow trail/service road up from parking lot. All kinds of yote tracks up there.
Like I said, let me know if I can be of any assistance. The more yotes you take the better my deer hunting!!
I am sure the snow is not helping the deer up there either right now.
