Thought I'd help you out with the picture. When did you shoot it?

I noticed from his previous posts that he had hunted 3C and 3J and one of those units are in sullivan county NY. They were also the first 2 units to go to antler restrictions back in 2005. So unless he comes back to elaborate it's probably a NY deer.

I shot the deer in 3c in new york,It was shot in Qdm area.I'm still seeing a ton small bucks after 3yrs of Qdm we should be seeing more big 6s and 8s I spend a lot of time in the woods hopefully we start seeing some more of these bucks roaming.

We've had antler restrictions in PA since 2002. We're starting to see 120-150 bucks a lot now. It took a few years. Are you guys popping does, too? A lot of PA guys hate the reduction of the herd, but I think it helps the bucks to flourish.

In the rut, if I see a deer, I'm surprised if it's a doe. I also only see about 1 spike a year. It's crazy. I actually rattled in two 8-pointers this year. We saw two 10 pointers spotting and actually saw a legit booner about a month ago. I think the restrictions might work.

they will, as long as HUNTERS let them. Have you or friends come across deer just left in the woods because of rack ID mistakes?
