PA bonus license ?

I sent for a bonus tag on Monday and the area I applied for is SOLDOUT now and my check hasnt been cashed so does that mean I'm not getting my bonus license? Or do I still have a chance?

I'm thinking your okay! I sent in late for out of state 2D and haven't got anyhting on the mail yet so I'm thinking back straps in the second week.

i accidently sent my bonus tag in a week early , and i still haven't gotten the uncashed application back yet
