Northeast Hunters
 

As some of you know, I am active duty coast guard. And I am trying to get some ideas of where I should try to go for my next tour. So if you have Coast Guard around your area and there is some awesome hunting to be had, I would like to hear about it! Any info is greatly appreciated

I can recommend Western NY. The hunting quality is very good.Deer, Turkey,Waterfowl, fishing etc. Much of the land is private, but there are vast amounts of good public land for recreation. Access is to private land is not to hard to obtain. The Coast Guard is very active in the area with Lake Erie and Ontario to theWest and North respectively. Pittsburgh, PA in Western PA. Has the 3 rivers, active Coasties and great hunting and fishing.
