Ah yes, Addison. Our land / camp is only a short bit from Addison... kind of sits between Beartown Rd. and Bemman Hollow Rd.

Bugsnbows...There is a major gamecrossing on Rt 417right near Fran's Landing at the south end of the Beeman Hollow Rd.. I've seen dozens of deer, several bears and know of at least one bobcat hit in the road there over the years...

Damn, that is pretty wierd for a cinny like that in NY, I've seen allot of bear never one that color in NY, great pics, hopefully someone gets a crack at that bad boy

Won't give out a name but she was Joy to have around.

They still running that canoe regatta down there?

Would figure more black bears in Addison, than in Corning proper.......

Loony...I know a couple of Joys, but never had any "relations" with them, not that I wouldn't have LIKED to...<<smile>>....

Yeah, they still do the canoe thing....

MJR10... I had a greatgobbler season...Got a super bird here (10 1/2 beard 7/16 spurs), plus another nice 3 year old, and got a 2 year old in Ontario... Hunted Maine and passed some jakes and saw some nice birds, but did not score...

I'm busy now terrorizing the local smallmouth population...

I lived in Addison, NY for 18 years and in Corning NY for 1 year, before moving to Ohio, now I'm in Alaska.
It's nice to hear about happenings back in NY. Brings back memories.

Great Picks!! we have some pics of 2 bears going at it that we got off our trail cama few years ago from an area not to far from there. Last year we had a bear cub come right underneath my sons stand. They are definately in the area. Thanks for sharing!
