ITHACA BUFFALO!!!!

I was heading into the woods on some private land to hunt yesterday when I saw a few massive piles of ****. I've never seen bear **** so assumed it was that. When I met back up with my uncle after the sit, hehanded me a piece of paper with some guys number on it. Said that the man owns 4 buffalo, 2 of which escaped and hadn't been found yet. Does anyone know when buffalo are in season in ny????

There is no season in NY but that doesnt mean you can shoot them.Contact the DEC and they willset you straight.
