RE: GANDER MOUNTAIN STORE COMING TO ROCH, NY
Gander's an ok store and I've found good deals when they run specials or clearance sales. But eat your heart out, Cabela's opening a store hear in central Pa. From what I understand they've already broke ground and best of all it's withing reasonable driving distance for a trip any time I'd like. It's my favorite place. Hope it's like the stores in Neb. I've been to both of those.

Ruddy, it's a beautiful thing that Cabelas is coming to PA. I just wish it were closer to me....it's still closer for me to drive to Dundee, MI than it would be to drive to Hamburg, PA.

The Cabelas story in Hamburg will be the same size as their largest store so this is the big one.....The only problem I have with it, is now I'll have to pay tax as well as shipping on items I mail order. I'm about 1.5 hours away, I guess I'll make the drive, sometimes.
Just don't forget about the little guys in your areas when the big stores come in. Unfortunatly, our Gander Mountain closed some of these little guys and the one on one isn't the same at GM....great sale prices tho.
