Never hunted the easter shore but wanted to try for Sika at some point. How do they taste?

im on the sho, and after seeing what I seen this morning on the way to work I cant wait to get in the woods tom. The rut is on fellas!!! Have never hunted sika deer but heard that its addictive like the whitetails. Heard their good eating too.
