Lefty how has the hunting been for you at Monocacy? I was gone all of last year and hope to make up for my being out of country. Any group hunting this year?

Howdy fellas, I was born in PG county md but have lived in wva for the last25 yearsthinking of hunting md this year when i come up for a visit to my parents they live in shady side just wandering if you guys new of any public hunting in that area if so please let me know thanks and good luck this season

Where is Shady Side?

I'm in Rockville, but haven't really established myself yet. I didn't even get an MD license this year so I'll be back in PA whenever I'm not working. Seems like all of the public land gets hammered down here. Scouted Pretty Boy a few times in March and found more stands than deer sign. I guess I need to put more footwork in on the public ground here in Mont. county.
