Hunting in Southeast PA
I live in Bucks County, PA....i know that this has probably been posted many times before, but i am new to this area and i was wondering if it was hard to get land-owners to let you hunt their property? I have only ever hunted private land in Missouri, so it is weird for me to hunt public land. I would love to avoid it at all possible. I was wondering if any of you had any land, or knew of some land-owners i could meet with? I would love to meet up with some of you in this area. Anyways, just thought it would be worth a try on here.

public land is crazy around here. I stay away from it for deer and pheasant. It is very hard to get permission on private land. Most people I ask are insulted that I had the nerve to ask. You would think they would want to keep geese off there winter wheat.

It's just about impossible to get permission from private land owners in Bucks County. I've tried plenty of times. Some farmers will let you hunt BUT charge you to do so, $100+ a season. Which is why there is such a problem with deer around here. Deer are EVERYWHERE in Bucks!!!!
