I know MWX...Looks like a wet one on Saturday...I ordered one of those tree umbrella's from Cabelas last month. I friend of mine swears by it. Hopefully I 'll stay dry..

I bought an umbrella in 98, I've never used it in the rain. I have used it as a quick little blind during muzzle season. Always good to have.

Thats usually the case, the Pile always ends up with baskets. I wonder what the Ozarks did, I'm going to go over there and check them out. Maybe the buck I saw standing at the edge of the road in November is still walking. Two more days and its over. Then those guys will be pushing with their army for the baldies. I really hope the state ends large party drives, even if its only on state land. That piece holds a pretty good amount of deer. It won't for long if the state doesn't curtail the big clubs activities.

i shot a 6 pointer with a 12" spread. for all of yo u in central jersey, i am hunting directly behind Hillsboro shooting center. u should have seen the looks i got as i came out of the woods with my buck on a sled. nuthin spectacular at hillsboro. in the morning a guy had a nice 8 and shoed me the pics of his 13 pt. from PA. a lot of does being shot.

Seems like some of you are doing good or atleast seeing deer. Well good luck to ya as I will have to live through you guys as I won't be able to hunt the rest of this year as I was in a car accident on thanksgiving day and got severe whiplash and a concussion. So wife says rest but haven't been to work in about 3 weeks and Next week should be able to get cleard with the dr to go back. Thank GOD I am bored out of my mind just puttering around here and can't go anywhere. It wasn't my fault in the accident one of the oldies 71 year olds thought she could cross in front of me but she was wrong. Thank GOD I swerved and only got her back end as I could of killed her if I didn't reack fast enough. Well enough of this take care and get a biggin for me guys.

I managed to take a nice 8pt on Saturday. 19 inch spread ans weighing about 165lb. I hope to have pics up soon.
