that sounds like a good deal.........I think I told you this before, I have a friend that leases 300 acres in Kent county. He likes to have 4 guys but only has had 3 for the past 2 years. Heres the catch its $1000/person! I can hook you up if you want but its too rich for my blood. I know they do have quality deer there, he shot a 155" buck 2 years ago.

I don't hunt a lease but got lucky enought to hunt some land that doesn't cost me a things except for some backstrap and tenderloins every now and then, I got permission the old fashion way and what started out as 12 acres has turned into 33 acres this year, just being friendly with the surrounding land owners will get you land to hunt. Plus in Southern Maryland the number of deer is crazy, each time I have been out I have seen no less than 20 deer. The land I hunt on with another guy there have been 15 deer taken off of it this year, all does, but I do know where several bucks are hanging out, but I am out to fill the freezer first.

40 of us lease 2500 acres in Dorchester county. 200.00 a person but it's going up to 300.00 next year. There is a waiting list with 10 people on it.
