You left out the amended complaint where most of the above referenced USP gobbledogook appears. I can email you a file but it wont upload here.

the rest of it appears in the USP's little "we'll support your license increase if you manage things our way" letter to the PGC. I'm working on a link to that as well. Rest assured that your USP has publicly said all those thing and some things even more ridiculous.
