Action Needed!
 

Last week a morning host of a show on a talk radio station went on a tirade about Deer hunters. He described seeing 2 hunters standing next to a pickup truck admiring the murdered (his words now) bloody mangled mess. He then went on to assault us, as a group, as a bunch of toothless, genetically inferior, redneck illiteret scum. It only got worse from there.
I Emailed the station that afternoon, after trying to get through on the phone multiple times, explaining how wrong the host, "Lee Elcie was about us. The Email was lengthy, factual, but blunt.
The reply from the station manager was that talk show host's create controversy to cause participation.
That was last week. Today he made a statement that goes far beyond mere controversy. He feels justified to in his opinion of us to sanction we get shot while hunting! He feels that for every 10 hunters afield there should be a requirement for a hunter targeting us!
The tone of this guy's voice and his out of control rant was troubling to say the least, and that comes from a retired Marine(me).
The radio station is WXLM 102.3 FMThe host's name is Lee Elcie He is on the air from 6-10 in the AM. His direct line is 1-860-442-6102
The station managers direct line is 1-860-443-1980 his name is Kevin O'conner.
I will be organizing a list of his advertisers for an all out boycotte of this freak!
Hammer this idiot with phone calls and Emails, and as I list his sponsors soon, hammer them with boycotte threats.

I like his idea... let him be the hunter hunting us, and let us shoot back. See how fast he changes his mind. I like hunting humans better anyway; much more challenging. That's why I chose my line of work...:D

Don't go emailing him, or calling the station. They are just gonna use that stuff against us...especially if you spell "illiteret" like that. Why give that moron more ammo to use? He could make a whole show out of that one word. A wise man once said "it is better to remain silent and appear to be an idiotthan to speak and remove all doubt."

Contact the station manager again and see if they will let you have a rebuttal spot on air so that you can defend us , keep your comments consise and to the point with plenty of verifiable facts . Don't agree to debate that jackass on the air , just read a rebuttal , he'll skewer you before you can get a word out since he doesn't want to look stupid .







Oh , and don't try to say "ILLITERATE" on the air if you can avoid it ... ;)
