Thanks Matt for posting this picture.

That's the buck everyone is talking about and all the bad photo's flying and linking around the internet just doesn't do it justice.
Keep in mind, as Matt is kidding, I'm no small man holding this mount. The buck field dressed at 195.

Geesshhh Louise there Matty! That is one big buck. Bigger looking than in the first picture for sure.

BH88, it doesn't take that long to do a mount. That said my taxidermist takes about a year. Remember, These guys have a volume of birds, fish, deer, bear hogs, cats and coyotes, etc. to mount. It's usaully been first come first served, but in a situation like above I think most taxidermists would make an exception.

WOWWW! I can't even imagine having the ability to calm every nerve in my body to take aim and make a true shot at something that big in front of me here in PA. I mean if your going elk hunting, you are expecting a big animal. Here you expect to se your average PA whitetail and hope for something big, but holy deer! Congrats to the shooter, I can't wait to go to Gander Mountain to visit this brute!

Cyclone, the nail pinches are there because the nails are there. It's still in the works as you can see the netting on the neck, etc....it's not completed yet. The taxidermist is top notch, second to none and this animal will be perfect when completed....
