finally got one
I was holding out, hoping for a decent buck this year. Boy did that pay off. He is a large 8 pt. green scoring 149 3/4. My biggest yet. when he came by I shot but was unsure of the hit I heard the hit but he ran off like nothing happened.. I couldn't find my arrow or any blood. then it started to snow, so with out finding the deer or any thing else I waited until the next morning. After the snow melted I went out and finally found the arrow. It was broke off with bright red blood on it. I went to the last place I saw the deer go and that is where i found him. He went 300 yds. on a double lung hit! I never saw a deer go so far after a shot like that
