Actually unless going to taxidermist tag is supposed to accompanied with deer even after processing and then if going to taxidermist I believe he records all tag numbers and info and returns tag to accompany deer. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong interesting situation might be nice to know for sure!

i am not sure of the tagging issue, but i thought the tag had to stay on the deer..attached around somthing on him...hoof...ear ..whatever. taking a pic without the tag isnt that bad. most pics taken sont show the deer tagged.

We use a really big safety pin and poke just one hole in the lower ear canal.
Attach your tag andpush it up inside the ear canal and you are good to go.

While that buck is nice, it apears to be a good old fashion stuff the buck in the camera and hold it way out in front you.
If that deer's head is that big, I better get a bigger bow.
