I just returned from my local license issuing agent(town hall) and received 2 permits for 3S. They are available on a first come, first served basis for 3S(westchester) and 1C(suffolk).

i am trying to get me 2 more 1C's like i did last year i just cant find me a place to get the damn dmps. everywhere i went there damn comp is down i will be getting them friday if not tomorrowfor 2 more does

They are the only 2 counties left in the state and you must pick them up in person. They say when the quota is filled they are done. Great thing about these units is if you shoot a doe they give you another "bonus' permit for either sex and if you shoot another doe they just keep issuing "BONUS"DMP'sto you as long as the quota has not been reached (pretty sure thats what the regs say). DJBAD you are right they had some computer problems when I picked mine up but they seemed to work themselves out after several minutes.i will be hunting until 12/31 this year in 3S.
