Its $135 per weapon. (EG; Shotgun, Bow, Muzzleloader) Total to hunt all $405. Dont know how many tags each license comes with.

If you are asking how many deer you can shoot it is 1 buck per season/weapon and unlimited does.Accept shotgun (buck week) you can take 2 bucks. Example: regular (oct)archery 1 buck unlimited does, extended archery (Nov)1 buck unlimited does. Most northernzones are earn a buck. Now you have muzzle loader season that starts in Nov., 1 buck unlimited doe's but some zones are earn a buck where you have to shoot a doe first. Now in some zones once you shoot a buck during muzzle loader you forfiet one buck tag during buck week. It is really confusing and I would say one in 10hunters do not know all the regs in there zone's. If you buy a license for$135for a weapon all the extended seasons arejust zone tags after the regular seasons. You pay the same as a resident for the extended zone tags

NJHeadhunter71 is correct. I live in MD but work in NJ during the week. I live up there and have two farms that I posted and hunt. Out of pocket just under $500 bucks so far with the nonresident bow ($135), nonresident gun ($135), and special permits (bow, muzzleloader, and shotgun at $28 bucks each), which are ZONE specific so although you can only get one buck for the entire permit season, you need a separate permit if you are hunting areas out of your zone.

Upside is lots of deer and liberal limitsif you don't mind suburban hunting and dealing with jerks on the state land.

Jersey is crazy expensive even for residents! I think that I pay around $110 to hunt all of the seasons. I guess the upside is that you can shoot a ton of deer and the seasons start in early Sept and end in late Jan. Good hunting if you can score some private land but the public lands also have some decent bucks.

PS
I hunt Zone 2

It took me awhile to understand the regs at a comfortable level, but I think I have it down now and I enjoy my hunting there more than in my home state of NY. I save enough money in gas to justify the exoensive license! It's great.
