Nothing for me yet. I have a good tactical plan set up for a buck I think is frequenting my area in zone 21. I'm gonna try for him on monday.

missed 2 bucks[:@] the first one was the first deer i ever shoot at with a bow and i shot under it. the secondone my arrow defleced off a branch the size of an arrow i nenver saw:(

I got a 4 pointer in zone 23. My buddy got an 8 pointer in velvet in zone 25. Only been out once so far in NJ, will be going out this week though!

Hitting Zone 2 tomorrow for the first hunt of the season. SO far no one has connected at the property and several small bucks have been sighted but nothing decent.

Where do you hunt in Zone 21? I haven't seen any deer yet, but I am seeing TONS of sign. I am dying to get an afternoon hunt in. I have only been able to get mornings so far.

Sat on Monday from 6--9.45am and saw ZERO! My Dad saw a few does which were out of range. We took a quad ride around and kicked up a few more does, 1 spiker and 2 flocks of turkeys. Our lease is still very thick as there has not been a hrad frost. No rubs at all...

I'm hoping I get lucky when I'm back in Jersey on break from college. I'd love to stay up in New York and hunt, but can't do that until next year when I will be able to get an apartment and a firearm. Has anyone had any luck in the Assunpink or Colliers Mill? I've only hunted one season, last season, and saw no deer except for a single one at dark when heading in from squirrel hunting one time.

I've had shots everytime I've been out in zone 23 so far, but aside from the buck I took earlier haven't shot at anything.
