RE: Resolutions!
Ron.....sounds like this area. Unless ya shoot at'em they usually won't do much but holler a little Know the camp off of 144 I believe? Hafta look for it next time through. I like the place.....quiet....good school....nice folks.
Frank....workin on that partner. Been chewing since age 10. Quit on and off a number of times.....but it woops me most often. if I disliked it like some smokers do when they finally try to quit, it would be alot easier. But I love the stuff....that doesn't help none
Plus....it keeps me from chokin the crap outa folks in this corporate environment at times

RE: Resolutions!
I am in the process of quitting snuff also. Been chewing Cope for... eeeegaddds... almost 20 years.
So far... it has been 3 days... and yesterday I broke out in a cold sweat... and was sick all day... eeegadds the withdrawls!
I can't find an empty spot on my body to place a nico-patch...

RE: Resolutions!
Since this could be someone's New Year's Resolution then I will give both you guys a hint...
...if your doctor states that it is alright for you then go with Zyban. It works just as well for people that chew as it does for people that smoke.
I needed two "treatments" of it before I finally quit but it was worth it and my insurance covered the cost.
One of my brothers-in-law also quit while using Zyban....two months ago...and he hasn't used any since.
I tried Nicorette, the patch, etc... but without any long term luck.....Zyban was the ticket for me.
Just thought I would let you guys know because it virtually eliminates the withdrawal symptoms.

RE: Resolutions!
That chewing's a nasty one to kick. I chewed for 10 years...quit for a year, then started back like I never quit. I'm about to kick its butt for good, though!
Good luck to all you on your resolutions...
