I can't do it online because I've only bought bow licenses in jersey before, never firearms. I'm really pissed because my uncle had some good oppurtunities for me this year to hunt new places. I might try Walmart again on Saturday or sunday after work, but if I get hit with overtime, I guess I'll have to wait till next year.
