What is your biggest buck?
 

I was just wondering what everyones biggest buck is. Where you got it and what method you used.
One of my nicer buck is an 8pt with a 17" inside spread. I shot him about 3:30 on the last day ofrifle season. After hearing several shots in the late morning that made me think, it was likley someone wounded the deer. I slowly stalked onto a thick point where I thought a wounded buck might end up. I jumped him and killed him at about 8 yds. I just couldn't believe that none of the guys that had shot at him didn't try harder to find him. But it worked out for me.

Mine too is an 8 pointer taken outside of Richmond VA I used a Remington 870 express and 3" 000 Federal Buckshot.

Last year took my best buck, here in New Jersey on Public Land. 9 pointer, 17-1/2" spread, scored 101-2/8", took him on the opener of the Muzzleloader Season at 7:50am, 50 yard shot. I should have him back from the taxidermist soon

My largest racked buck was from NH, but he was only 175 lbs. I did shoot a 195 lb 8 pt in NY, which is my largest body weight deer to date. I hope to crack the 200lb (field dressed) mark this year.

My largest is a 6 point I shot with my rifle. It was my second deer ever.

8 pointer, 186 lbs, pretty respectable for public land in Vermont.

My largest rack and body was a 7 point, 178lb buck shot in Canada. Not really a big buck for the area, but I was happy.

Largest Northeast USbuck I shot was an 8 point, only118lbs.

All of these are not mine, but here is our Wall at our camp with some of the better ones. I killed two of the 8's and my best is an 8 that I don't have a pic of.

Yes it was, tracked it for about 2 miles after the first fresh snow, caught him trailing a doe. The mountains are the only place you could walk 2 miles and not see another hunter.

Very nice. I figured it was a mountian deer. Thats where the big bucks in VT seem to come from these days.

I haven't killed anything too big... my best is an 8 pointer that might score around 100. I shot him in late Dec 2003 muzzleloader

Mine, 8 pt. 142 5/8 P&Y net. 202 lbs dressed.

My biggest one had only one antler, it appeared as though the
other one was shot off just below the brow tine.It was shot roughly
ten years ago with six points and a drop, and field dressed at 260
pounds. It was shot 2:00 in the afternoon with a rifle on the last day
of the season. Other than that a seven and eight pointer weighing in
at 202 and 203 respectedly.None of them did I have scored.

here`s mine got this one 2 yrs ago. that is my 6 yr old with the deer.

Took by first buck on the last day of PA Archery season last year. It was an 8 point with a 16 inch spread. Brought it home to show my family and the kids got in the picture.
