I walked in today to get a basic gun case, and almost keeled over dead. As soon as you walk in, there are 10 racks of bargain-clearance camo. I mean dead cheap. The heavy Rocky jackets and pants were $35 each! Those things are over $100 a pop.

Steal of the show...me...I found not one but two Scentblocker pants, and one Scentlok (for archery)...total for all three....under $100. I'm sure everyone knows how expensive they are individually ($99 ea.for the SB and $140 for the Dakota fleece scentlok).

They have a ton of stuff left, although the SB/SL stuff is getting thin. I asked them why they were so cheap, and the manager hadno idea, the computer system had these items moved to go.

All of it is name brand, with good camo patterns. Rocky, Browning, The gander mtn. brand, mossy oak, Whitewater,etc. Dirt cheap.

The store believed it would get picked clean by the end of the weekend. But if you can get in early am on Sat. You could still find sizes.

I was up last weekend and noticed that they didn't have the stock that they normally do, I asked a clerk and he stated things were not going good for the company, too big, too fast. Stated the Binghamton store was closed for good after the flooding and that plans for the Horseheads store were canceled. He said there would be alot of items going on sale real cheap soon. I hpoe he is wrong about the company, it's the only store that's close that has alot of equipment.[]

I was always kind ofupet that they never put a store near the Albany/Saratoga area. Looks like they never will if if they are cutting back or even worse...going under.
