groundhogs

Looking for any farmer that has a problem with groundhogs. Former hunter safety instructor here willing to eliminate them in western Pa. I'm in Indiana county but can travel some.

If prepared properly, groundhogs are very good eating. Unfortunately for me, my mother-in-law passed away so my cook is gone. I usually put them back in holes unless I find someone that wants some.

I thought about doing the same thing.

I was going to put an add up at the local agways, central tractors, ect, ect.

I thought that would be a good way to go about it. Right now the grass is getting too high to see any though so maybe next year for me.

Grass is high around here too, but should start making hay before too long. I like to wait til young are old enough to make it on their own anyway.

I'm taking my 13 year old son on his first hog hunt tomorrow. The young ones I've been seeing are definately wiened. They are in the farmers clover munching down.
