Calling all fellow central NYS Bowhunters!
 

After a few recent posts, most notably the one about low deer numbers, I realized that there are quiet a few of us located in the Central New York Region.
Sound off if you are within 2 hours of Oneonta, New York.
We can get a list started, so once warm weather sets in we could have a 3D shoot, bowfishing comps, or maybe a potluck to just shoot the breeze......

im 2 and 1/2...auburn but ill be in delhi 2 times once later in april and in may could meet possibly at the small hunting store down the road from walmart.or the neptune is always good haha i bowfish,and we dont know where we could shoot our bows usually we fish when we are down there. contact me back

Campo, I'm in Marlboro. My gun club puts on quite a few3D's in Plattekill if your interested.

In im NW Oneida County, Almost 2Hrs on the nose. good buddy goes to school there.

possibly meet at the town dinner for lunch or something around 12 or meet to fish in the delaware river where they release all the brown trout..its the brigde where its a seafood company.. i think

I live about 30 mins fron Oneonta, My wife and I put on the shoots at Oxford Rod and Gun now, last year we were just shy of 400 shooters in 4 shoots. This year we are in the CNY schedule and should have some huge shoots.
we have 2 "Captain and crew shoots" and are the hostof the third leg of the Triple crown. We also have a "Ladies Day", all ladies shoot free that day.
We have a "Sportsmens weekend" in Sept. that is a 2 day event with camping, vendors, raffles and more.

Live Oswego Co., also have hunting camp in Cortland Co.
That way I can bowhunt from 9/27, right through to Southern Reg. Season, and I love every minute of it!!!!!!!!! I also enjoy doing 3d's in the summer.

My club is in the process of planning a turkey hunt in May probably in Sullivan or Delaware Counties. anyone from NY is welcome...check it out atthe site in my signature.
