You haven't been around long enough to know this photo is a fraud...you can see the same cat with an elk imposed in the picure as well....the camera caught the cat at a different time than the mulie and then the two are imposed on the same pic to make it appear the cat is behind the deer....or elk depending on which version you see.....you can't believe anything in pics anymore. Too many people want to be creative. [&:]

Sproulman the only way those guys are going to believe you is with a picture of a Mt. lion standing beside a Pa road sign , next to a milemarkerand have a Pa. State Police cruiser parked there, other than that everything is staged.. I think there should be cougars in Pa. with all the woods and game....

well,if i can get pictures together this weekend ,they might be surprised for a change.pictures are all over area. camp owner is known.taken at night.location is same as was on picture at the camp. the only thing i cant give out is name of the people,as they did not put their name in paper,so i wont try to find their names. the paper has it but i am not giving it out. you could call the record if you want MORE INFO like name and camp. i put phone no. on here to record. you can also get your OWN picture by calling the record and they would most likely mail the picture to you. it cost only .60 cents for our newspaper. date is feb 15th.

Strange you should mention this. My wife works with a woman whose husbands hunting partner has a picture exactly as you describe. I'll see if I can get acopy of it and post it and then I will be able to convinceall the skeptics here. You'll see!...

One of my favorite hunting areas is about 5 miles outside of White Deer, and I do a lot of scouting in the pre-season and during the season when I don't feel like hunting out of my treestand. I'm constantly aware of sign made by ALL wildlife 'cause I also enjoy predator hunting after X-mas and keep a sharp eye out for new and better areas to pursue fox and 'yotes. I have NEVER seen ANY sign of any big cats in any of my outings in the 36 years that I've been scouting these northern PA woodlands! Hope more folks play down these rediculous rumors and quit getting folks all in an uproar and spooked![:@]

i just mailed pictures to livbuck. the picture you showed here is much clearer than one i have because its at night.but still very clear.rest assured, the picture i have is from pottersdale, pa. not out west somewhere. i reported this mountain lion 13 or so years ago to PGC .he was only pup then about 45 pds, i would say.PGC said, your wrong, they dont exist. well, now you have picture. i feel there are more than this one also. i got reports from, cross forks, bitumen,hyner, summerson mtn,keating.all in CLINTON, CENTRE,CLEARFIELD COUNTY.a lion expert is interviewing people now, he said he has 119 confirmed sighting.there is going to be lion expert from pa. at the UNIFIED SPORTSMEN OF PA. MEETING IN MARCH at milesburg, pa.holiday inn.i will update info on that as i can find out.
