- I have been on this forum now for quite awhile and I made the same mistake when I first joined. Weather i was right or the other individual was right at the time it doesn't really matter now - this is all for fun and to keep in contact with others who have similar intrests.
We are all sitting in a virtual bar, beer in hand, shooting the breeze.
We'll use any excuse to BS.
Come on in and have a cold one.

The next one is on me!
School is still in session on the mountain lion subject. I remain unconvinced, but with an open mind. Sure, this thread is fun. It is fun to consider things that might or might not be true. Just as there is no conclusive evidence that mountain lions exist in a breeding population in the wilds of PA, there is enough "smoke" to make me think that there might be a possibility. Until I see a dead one, confirmed by an "expert," I will continue to be skeptical.

I have a few nice pics of real confirmed mt lions that my uncle has shot out in ID my brother borrowed the pics to show his professors at college - he is a wildlife biology major in his last year of study - As soon as i get the pics back I'll post them on a thread for all to see i might even post some pics of the wolf tracks by his camp and the mt goat he got with his bow.
My uncle just lost his job that he has worked at all his life because the company sold out but he is going to retire before they officially close the doors - here's the part where I stop feeling sorry for him. He got a deal with Hoyt to field test equipment all over the world and a deal with a company I think named Skelaton Camo that will pay him for every pic he sends them of a successful hunt wearing their camo. - - - That would be terible having to hunt everyday and get paid for it wouldn't it?

I received this file version from a different individual. I'm not sure if it is any better or not. I wanted to try to adjust it some but was too busy today at work and ran out of time.
BTW..In my virtual bar...you can never have too many, and the troopers are virtual too so DUI charges never stick......

I can't get over the shoulder musculature on this thing. I have not seen a
bobcat with shoulders like this.
I would think that a cougar would have a thick, pronounced tail base
that would be obvious though, even if swung to the side.
Could someone have bred a cougar and a bobcat?
Is that possible?
I'm not proposing some conspiracy theory, just asking.
Seems to me that bobcats have a distended abdomen as compared to cougars, similar to a housecat.
I don't see that here.
Maybe it is a bobcat on 'roids.
