I don't turkey hunt, but see them everywhere. Quite the success story to see them come back so strong. I see the most of them around the farm areas of the valleys. I would lookcheck out Addison County. I used to drive down Rt 7 from Burlington to Rutland and they were every where. VT has some veryhunter friendly areas. Check with some farmers and ask.

Good luck.

They are almost everywhere in the State, even in the northeast kingdom. Lots of great hunting from Manchester to Rutland and all up the Champlain Valley. Montpelier to SWt Johnsbury has a bunch and the Champlain Islands is loaded. There are a lot of state lands to hunt and many farms will allow turkey hunting. Stay off the main roads because those birds will be heavily pressured.
