Seasonal Changes - a few pics
Thought you might enjoy the changes as seen from one of my stands this Season:
Mid October ![]() Late November ![]() Early January ![]() The stand while scenic -was not productive. I was too close to the head of the pond - and too often the wind blew from the dam - towards me. The deer when skirlting the pond through the head thicket - could wind anyone in this stand. Moving the stand - 200 yds north for next season. Gotta live the pictures though. FH |

Nice pictures! Who cares if you never seea deer sitting inthere with that view. Reminds me of my hometown area, which probably isn't too far a way from there. I miss that area. Thanks for the pics.

Are the conifers in you picture Red Spruce or Norway Spruce maybe? Its hard to tell at the distance - do you know if the were planted - or are naturally re-seeded? Nice pics both you and Rob. Here's my favorite so far this winter: ![]() FH |

I believe the trees are all natural, they certainly were not planted intentionally in this location. Perhaps their parents were introduced years ago though:D |
