There was a bunch of blood on the trail, as much as if I punch both the lungs. When I started to open up the cavity, by the pelvis, a bunch of blood started to squirt out almost as if it were still alive. Must have been more then a pint. It was dark blood. 1/2 the intestines, stomach and liver were torn up. I did see a perfect center shot through the liver. It couldn't have been more centered. The arrow went all the way through except the vanes hung up in the exit hole so it didn't fall out for a good 80 yards.. the exit hole was a good 1 1/2 inches around. I love those 125grn Spitfires.

Good goin', nice buck!
There is something to be said for razor sharp broadheads. I truly believe in replacing blades with factory fresh ones every season. Nothing beats a fresh from the package razor for an edge. That could make the difference on a marginal hit.We owe it to the deer, and it's cheap insurance for us. Ican never even come close to getting old blades as sharp as new ones.
