a few nights ago my friend took this deer with a bow.

I know i posted it in the deer hunting forum, but i wanted to post it here to. Also, someone pointed out that i spelled hunting wrong.

We are hunting by some abandon railroad tracks that the deer use as a path to where they bed

It was my first deer hunt....i think i am hooked

Just curious, where at in Bucks Co. was that taken? I hunt a few spotsin Bucks County, around Newton, Washingtons X-ing and i hunt a spot around the Peddlers Village in Lahaska.

I recall that song from a commercial on either on the Outdoor Channel or on the Outdoor Life Network. I think it was on a Danner or Mossy Oak Camo commercial, cant remember. It being on a Mossy Oak commercial makes more sense since it is the Mossy Oak Song.

My dad hunted w/ Tracy Byrd once in So. NY for turkeys. I don't know if Tracy Byrd still goes there.

My dad also hunted with Ricky Green. The people we hunt with in So. NY know Ricky Green very well. One of them is on Ricky Green's website.

If you read the caption for the pic it says that he was blinded by a hunting accident. It was a turkey hunting accident and he was supposed to guide that day for my dad, but my dad unfortunately couldn't make it out there and he guided for another guy that shot at sound and he was at the receiving end of the shot. My dad said that he is one of the best turkey callers he has ever heard.
