hey guys i think you can use a semi auto shot gun for bird hunting can you use one for slug hunting for deer or does it have to be pump and so on...

Semi autos are legal for deer in PA

But only in the special regulation area. Unless that recently changed.

I think i remember reading something about that there can only be two shots in the magazine to be legal, and i think one in the chamber?...

NOT 100% positive tho.

here in illinois its one in chamber two in mag. If its legal you absolutely can, and I'd recommend it for recoil and not having to worry about flinch problems

I shoot the browning Gold w/ the rifled barrel for deer and mod . chock
for small game. Great all around gun IMO. water fowl, turkey, deer,
it'll kill em all!

Oh ya Browning the first middle and last name in
shotguns I own 5 of them in different styls and ga. won't buy anything else anymore.

I shoot a BRN A-5 with a Hastings Paradox Barrel.
