As a non resident it would cost me $295.00 for the chance to harvest 1 buck, 1doe, 1 turkey and 1 bear with either the rifle, bow or muzzleloader. I cost me $210 this year.

I wish they'd jack up the price of doe tags and leave the rest of the stuff alone. They sell about 1M doe tags, so each $1 increase represents $1M in increased revenue. Bump 'em up from $6 to $12, and make a quick $6M.

They keep charging more, and not providing any additional deer. If I'm getting raped at the cash register, I like to feel like I'm getting an additional benefit. I think it would be easier to swallow that way.

Just paid $393 for my Illinios license and archery tag (one buck and one doe). Turkey is another $100 and Shotgun tags are $225 more (another buck and another doe) It seems all non residents get raped when they go out of state.

Oh and Ill archery tags are going up $50 each year for the next two years as well.
