PA Doe License (Yellow Envelope)

Seriously. I cannot get the freaking yellow envelope to stick. Annoying![:@]

P.S. - I am sending in my doe permit on 8/15 (non-resident) for 5D.

You know you have to lick it right? It's not self adhesive. :D

I always tape the address label and also tape at the "licking" spots. Never had it returned for tape!! However one year I copied my signature on a photocopy machine, they kicked that back. Signature has to be in ink!!

Absolutely! That's what I use too. Just put it where the existing licky spots are and seal it up. I can never get them to seal either without it. I also use it on the label instead of tape.

Same here. One can never be too careful when it comes to doe tags. ;)
