i know there has been years when my dad my brother and I all send for them the same time.. and one wouldnt get one..

1564 ,Yes I still call it a lottery ,I'm a old timer.I know how it works. But in counties that they run out real quick They always keep some back for disabled veterans. Anytime I get there or send for one. Dont even need the special envelope.Just a plan emvelope and mark it disabled veteran.I get one even though they are technically out on paper.

I get one even though they are technically out on paper.
As it should be considering you defended our country.

On a related note folks, first day for the first round of doe apps. is Monday, August 1st if memory serves me. Not too far off.
