WTB: Harvester, MMP and Hornady green sabots
 

Looking for Harvester (both smooth and crush rib), MMP or Hornady green .429/.430 sabots. I just need few of any or all to check the fit on a new bullet I am testing.

Both Harvester and MMP will send you sample packs of any sabot you want to try if you call them up. Awesome customer service from both companies.

That wasn't my experience as late as six months ago. Neither would extend that option to me.
Perhaps it has changed.

I stand corrected.
An email to Harvester has samples of each of their green sabots headed my way.
No reply from MMP to date.

I've dealt with MMP several times, and they were always helpful. I called and talked to a live person rather than dealing with the on line -- might make a difference.

Noting that my electronic communication to MMP was late fri afternoon, I did not expect a reply immediately. I have however, received a reply today stating a sample pack from MMP is on the way.
